The Town of Sheboygan
The Town of Sheboygan is located on the northern edge of the county. It has a population of 6,640 and is governed by the Town Board of Supervisors.
The Town of Sheboygan Business Center is fully improved with connections for electricity, gas, and water. The Center is served by the Sheboygan Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Utility and a regional sewer system. Alliant Energy supplies electricity, Wisconsin Public Service supplies gas and SBC Ameritech provides telecommunications service.
The 21.71-acre Sheboygan Business Center is located east of and adjacent to I-43. The Center is landscaped and environmentally sound with paved streets. Preserving natures character is a pond in the Center. Acreage is available for development through private owners. Funding sources are available.
