The City of Sheboygan

The City of Sheboygan is located on the eastern edge of the County, with four and one-half miles of Lake Michigan shoreline. It has a population of 50,753 and has a full-time Mayor and Common Council form of government.

The Sheboygan Business Center is fully improved with connections for electricity, gas and water. The City of Sheboygan operates the Sheboygan Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Utility and a regional sewer system that serves the Center. Alliant Energy supplies electricity, Wisconsin Public Services supplies gas and SBC Ameritech provides telecommunication service.

The 310-acre Sheboygan Business Center is located east of the adjacent to I-43 on the city's south side. The Center is landscaped and environmentally sound with paved streets including curb and gutter and decorative lighting throughout. Preserving nature's character are four ponds and two wooded lots.

Approximately 100 acres are available for development in a variety of lot sizes. A full array of incentive programs are available to provide funding options.
