The Monday Monitor is an email only communication, which is sent to over 1,000+ members every Monday. This piece presents important news and information and also lists all upcoming Chamber meetings and events. All information is written by the Chamber and the piece is not available for individual member messages. Advertising opportunities in the Monday Monitor consist of a header banner and trailer banner. The cost to sponsor the monthly header banner is $250, while the cost to sponsor the trailer banner is $200.
Your banner is run either four or five times per month, depending on the calendar. Size of each banner must be 60 x 468 pixels.
Member 2 Member is an email only communication, which is sent to over 1,000+ members every Thursday. This piece is specifically designed to allow members to advertise and promote their businesses. Graphics or logos are not allowed and “messages” are limited to 100 words or less. When considering which package to choose, remember over 1,000+ people per week will view your message. Three packages are available: Twelve Weekly Messages for $175.00 (.01458 per person), Six Weekly Messages for $100.00 (.01666 per person).
Three Weekly Messages for $60.00 (.02) per person. Only eight businesses will be allowed to advertise every week so plan on booking your weekly message in advance.
Business Insights is the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce newsletter which is published monthly. Some members choose to receive the newsletter in hard copy and some choose an emailed newsletter. Your insert advertisement is distributed to both groups. A printed 8.5” x 11” document will be distributed with the mailed newsletter and a PDF of your document will accompany the online newsletter. If your company provides the printed document (625 copies) and your PDF, the cost is $250. If you wish, the Chamber
can print your document at a cost of $300.
The Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce produces the Sheboygan County Visitors Guide annually. The process usually begins in September with the final product being delivered to the Chamber at the beginning of January. The Visitors Guide provides a variety of advertising options for members from ad space to general descriptions. Costs vary.
Throughout the year, the Chamber is in need of sponsors to help underwrite costs for a variety of events. Get your business in the spotlight by sponsoring events such as: the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing, the Annual Dinner, the Annual Meeting, the Business to Business Expo, Career Connections, Coastal Connections and more.
