Message from President
Dear Chamber Members—"We Mean Business" continues to be the message the Sheboygan County Chamber will deliver in 2008. We have made some great headway in the first year of a Strategic Plan that greatly helped define our direction. The Chamber has put into place the structure necessary for becoming a key driver in the development of Sheboygan County.
As President, I am excited to work with our membership, Board and communities to maximize the development of Sheboygan County. Four areas of focus for 2008 are providing resources for existing business, helping attract new business, maintaining a coordination role in countywide tourism efforts, and working to ensure a skilled workforce to meet the future needs of employers. Harnessing a coordinated effort in all these areas throughout the county is no easy task. But we will continue to work with these goals to guide us, because success for any member can mean success for every member.
The Sheboygan County Chamber has a talented staff, a dedicated Board of Directors, and a strong membership base. With these three pieces of the economic puzzle in place, there is no question we have the tools to continue producing the outstanding results this community has come to expect.
